Traffic Advisory: Route 54 Reconstruction Project • Posted 4-15-26 The Route 54 Reconstruction Project will have a traffic switch in place at the 3rd Street and Bellevue Avenue intersection and the Front Street and Egg Harbor Road intersection on April 16th and 17th. Community Energy Planning Grant Hammonton has received a grant through the NJ Board of Public Utilities in 2025. The Green Committee will be helping to administer this grant and will assist with setting up stakeholder meetings so that residents, business owners and other members of the community can discuss ideas about what might help to save money, use energy more efficiently and to prepare for the future. The purpose of this grant is to develop a community energy plan that includes several projects that make sense for our town.
