Public Input Sought: Improvements at Hammonton Lake Park
The Town of Hammonton needs your input! We are planning to apply to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s Green Acres program. Since 1961, Green Acres has protected well over a million and a half acres of open space and provided hundreds of outdoor recreational facilities in communities around the State. This year, the Town of Hammonton is proposing to apply for Green Acres funding to implement various improvements at Hammonton Lake Park in compliance with NJ Department of Environmental Protection Rules. Prior to completing the application process, citizens are requested to provide their comments about the proposed project and offer comments regarding recreation preferences in the Town.
To prepare for this application, we are asking that residents of Hammonton complete this quick, one-minute survey to help us determine what projects our residents think are necessary.
This survey will remain open until January 17, so please don’t delay!
