Traffic Advisory: Route 54 (Bellevue Avenue) in both directions is scheduled to be closed due to NJ TRANSIT railroad crossing work and track replacement in Hammonton. The area will be closed to traffic, at the intersection between Railroad Avenue and Egg Harbor Road from Friday, August 22 through Friday, August 29. Work will take place from 7a.m. to 5p.m. each day. A traffic detour will be in place. Railroad work is subject to change due to inclement weather. Motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes especially during peak travel times. Please exercise caution when in the area. Your patience during this inconvenience is greatly appreciated.
