Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of NJSA 19:44A-20.4 (New Jersey Pay to Play Law) the Town of Hammonton, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey is seeking RFQ’s for Professional Services for the following positions:

- Town Engineer
- Alternate Town Engineer
- Auditor
- Labor Attorney
- Town Planner
- Traffic Consultant
- Airport Consultant
- Bond Counsel
- Municipal Court Prosecutor
- Conflict Municipal Court Prosecutor
- Conflict Solicitor
- Planning/Zoning Board Solicitor
- Public Defender
- Conflict Public Defender
- Municipal Court Judge
- Conflict Municipal Court Judge
- Landscape Architect
- Economic Developer/Grant Writer
- Network Management Service Provider (MSP)

Submission of price quotes will automatically disqualify you.
Professionals are required to comply with Affirmative Action requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27
*In order to be considered for award of professional services you must submit a copy of your qualifications along with your NJ Business Registration (whether your business is located in New Jersey or not) and your Town of Hammonton Business Registration (only if your business is physically located in the Town of Hammonton).
