Violations Clerk II • Full Time

The Town of Hammonton is seeking applicants for a full time Violations Clerk II to work under the direction of the Municipal Court Administrator. Duties include, but not limited to, handling clerical tasks related to processing traffic and criminal violations, collecting payments, answering phone calls and walk-in inquiries and maintaining court records. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Candidate must possess Principles of Municipal Court Administration Certification (POMCA) 1. Clerk II will actively work towards receiving Court Administrator certification.

Position is 32.5 hours per week. Yearly salary is $40,560. Single coverage health benefits and enrollment in the N.J. pension system. Deadline to apply is Monday, September 15th, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
