Route 54 Reconstruction Project • Hammonton On Monday, September 22 through Friday, September 26 a lane shift will be in effect for concrete flatwork on Route 54 (12th Street) from Monroe Avenue to Chew Road in Hammonton. All road work will take place from 7a.m. to 5p.m. Motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes, especially during peak travel times. Please exercise caution when in the area. Routine upkeep also ensures that hydrants are properly working. Flushing fire hydrants may release sediment, which could lead to temporary instances of discolored or "rusty" water for some customers.
