The 2025 final/2026 preliminary tax bills will be mailed by Friday, August 8.  The grace period has been extended to Thursday, September 11, and payments must reach our office on or before this date to avoid paying interest.  Interest is calculated back to the original due date of 8/1/25.  Water/Sewer bills are due now with a 10 day grace period.  Please remember that taxes and utility payments should be made with a separate check.  Thank for your patience and understanding during this process.

Yard Waste Disposal Guidelines Please be advised that placing loose yard waste (e.g., grass clippings, brush piles, or limbs) in the roadway is not permitted at this time of year. All yard waste must be placed at the curb line on your property. Depositing debris in the roadway poses safety hazards and may cause storm drain blockages. Yard Waste Collection Guidelines: • Loose yard waste may be placed out for collection no earlier than 6:00 AM on your scheduled trash collection day. • Yard waste must be placed in open-topped containers or clear bags weighing no more than 35 pounds each.
