Holiday Update: Hammonton Town Hall will be closed on Monday, September 1st, 2025 in observance of Labor Day. • Trash collection on Monday will resume on Tuesday, September 2nd. • Bulky trash collection will be the week of September 2nd-5th and could be impacted slightly by the holiday.   Traffic Advisory: Route 54 (Bellevue Avenue) in both directions is scheduled to be closed due to NJ TRANSIT railroad crossing work and track replacement in Hammonton. The area will be closed to traffic, at the intersection between Railroad Avenue and Egg Harbor Road from Friday, August 22 through Friday, August 29. Notice: 2025 Final/2026 Preliminary Tax Bills

The 2025 final/2026 preliminary tax bills will be mailed by Friday, August 8.  The grace period has been extended to Thursday, September 11, and payments must reach our office on or before this date to avoid paying interest.  Interest is calculated back to the original due date of 8/1/25.  Water/Sewer bills are due now with a 10 day grace period.  Please remember that taxes and utility payments should be made with a separate check.  Thank for your patience and understanding during this process.
