We are currently preparing the final 2022/2023 preliminary tax bills for mailing and hope to have them in the mail by Friday, August 26. The grace period has been extended through September 30, 2022, and payments must reach our office on or before this date to avoid paying interest. Water/Sewer bills are due at this time and reminder notices have been mailed. Please remember that tax and utility payments should be made with a separate check. As always we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Final 2022/Preliminary 2023 Tax bills will be mailed once the County Board of Taxation certifies the tax rate. Third quarter property taxes are due August 1, 2022, however, the grace period will be extended. Please continue to check the town website for updates. Property owners may make payments toward their third quarter without a bill either at the window or through the mail. Water/Sewer bills are still due on August 1st with a 10-day grace period. If you have any questions/concerns, please contact the Tax Office at 609-567-4300 ext. 119. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
