The Business Administrator is accountable to the Mayor and Council for effectively managing the Town’s business operations. This role encompasses overseeing all aspects of the Town’s affairs and ensuring that all ordinances, resolutions, and policies set forth by the Mayor and Council, as well as applicable state and federal laws, are implemented by the designated personnel. To fulfill these responsibilities, the Business Administrator will establish and promote sound administrative, personnel, and purchasing practices for all municipal departments, offices, boards, commissions, and agencies, aiming to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Town government.
