I have satisfied my mortgage. What do I do if I still received an advice only tax bill?

Should you receive a tax bill with the words “FOR ADVICE ONLY” and your mortgage has been satisfied, please call our office, we will be more than happy to help you. You will need to use the “FOR ADVICE ONLY” copy to pay your taxes until the next tax bill goes out.
