Just a reminder that past due 2021 tax bills, with a balance of $10.00 or more, are now subject to Tax Sale on December 28, 2021. Notices have been mailed and a second notice will be mailed during the week of December 13th. Instructions for payment are included on the Tax Sale Notice, but they are listed below as well.

Payments must reach the tax office on or before 12/27/21 to avoid the tax sale.
Payments must be made with a certified bank check, cash or money order.
Payments cannot be made online, with a personal/business check or credit card.
Water/Sewer and 2022 tax payments do not apply and can be made without restrictions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TAX OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 24TH.
