ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Zoning Board’s activities are related to non-permitted
uses, in which variances can be approved. The board is
quasi-judicial. The applicant will need to prove special
reasons, a balancing of the benefits, hardship and negative
criteria, etc. This Board is governed by Municipal Land Use
Legislation.
