ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION
The purpose of the Environmental Commission is to advise the
Planning Board, the governing body of the Town of Hammonton
and all other Departments and Commissions relating to issues
involving the health and the environment. The Commission
reviews any pending subdivision, development projects or
other similar applications and makes recommendations to the
Planning Board/ Zoning Board of Adjustment and other Town
agencies, as needed. The Commission also seeks out grants
and other funding for various environmentally-related
projects and activities.
Environmental Commission Meetings:
Second Wednesday of every month at 7:30 pm
Held in the Hammonton Town Council Chambers at 100 Central
