In an effort to make the police department more accessible to the communities residence, citizens now may contact the Hammonton Police Department by way of email phone or txt with questions or concerns about public safety. The new email address hammontonpolicetipline@gmail.com or phone message/txt @ (609) 878-8005 maybe used to report criminal/suspicious activities; for questions about public safety; and to provide information to assist the police on keeping the town of Hammonton a safe community. These tips maybe sent anonymously. Any information may be kept confidential with the police. 


AS A REMINDER INCIDENTS REQURING IMMEDIATE POLICE RESPONSE SHOULD NOT BE SENT BY EMAIL. CITIZENS SHOULD CONTACT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT BY PHONE (609) 561-4000 IN PERSON AT TOWN HALL OR USING 911 IN AN EMERGENCY.
